Grief Counselling
Grief is not a problem to solve — it's a process to move through, in your own time and in your own way. Whether you've lost someone you love, a relationship, a version of yourself or a way of life, grief counselling gives you room to feel it fully without judgment, and a compassionate guide to help you find your footing again.
Private & confidential— your first call is always free and there's no obligation.

No timeline, no pressure
We never rush grief. Your counsellor follows your lead — some sessions you'll need to talk a great deal; others, less. Both are welcome.
A space to remember
Grief is also about love. We make room not just for the pain of loss but for stories, memories and the meaning of who or what you've lost.
Finding your footing again
Gently, when you're ready, we work on tools to help you re-engage with daily life — not to forget, but to carry your grief in a way that leaves room for living.
Flexible and compassionate
Sessions are available in person across the GTA and online. We understand that grief affects energy and capacity — we work around that.
Our approach to grief is holistic and trauma-informed. We believe grief is a natural response to love, and that healing does not mean forgetting — it means finding a way to hold your loss alongside the rest of your life.
